Wallace Tutt
Wallace Tutt is a native of Demopolis, Alabama, and currently resides in Birmingham. He owns land in Marengo County, where his family has managed timber assets for more than 75 years. Wallace is a graduate of the University of Alabama, where he was a member of the Honors College and studied Mechanical Engineering.
Early in his career, Wallace spent approximately 18 months working in Houston, Texas, where he gained exposure to large-scale development and institutional real estate operations. During that time, he developed a relationship with a Texas-based developer who brought him back into the land business — shaping his disciplined approach to acquisitions, valuation, and execution.
Wallace spent nearly six years with Tutt Land Company, building one of the most substantial land sales track records in Alabama. Over that period, he was directly involved in more than $200 million in real estate transactions across more than 350 completed deals, with hands-on experience spanning North Alabama to South Alabama and East to West across the state.
Building on that foundation, Wallace founded All Things Land Company to deliver a comprehensive, results-driven platform for landowners and investors. All Things Land Company specializes in identifying undervalued or improperly positioned assets, structuring transactions intelligently, and executing sales at true market value.
